When inspired, there is so much power in the written word.
When is the last time you or I took time to put pen to paper
and let the inspiration flow? For me it has been years.
I e-mail, I blog, but to write in a journal or send a letter to a friend, I can't even remember. It is truly a lost art form and I pray it survives. These pictures inspire me to want to write something down. Something just for myself that people can discover of me when I have died and gone from this earth.
Has this inspired you?
Are you ready to put pen to paper and share something with the world
for generations to come? or with a friend who needs to hear?
If it has, I would love to hear about it.
Please leave me a comment and let me know if this or any of the blogs I've written has inspired you in any way.

Barbara Jean sent me, I love that scripture in Isiah 40:31.
The Word is my most inspiration to me.I journal too and have for years. I love giving and receiving letters too! It is so rare anymore and that's sad.
I will be visiting you again soon. Your photos are beautiful, Ruth. So glad Barb found you.

Hello! So nice to meet you! Your blog is so beautiful and it is All inspiring. I often think how sad it is that there will be no written words from family and friends someday because we recieve a message from them now and later hit the delete button. I so wish people would return to hand written messages, at least sometimes. Thank you for your encouragement. Have a nice weekend! Twyla
Welcome to "Blogland!" I am on the "same page" with you concerning the written; it is truly becoming a lost artform, as are so many wonderful things! I love your and look forward to more wonderful posts and photos from you!
I just found you from Barbara Jean's blog. Everything here is gorgeous!
You're going in my list of faves!
Happy Pre-Holiday Weekend to you!
Diane
I linked over from Barbara Jean's blog because I love your pictures. All the vintage, time worn, but loved pieces. An artists treasure.
